All clients will be required to complete a consent form/s prior to their first appointment – Failure to do so may preclude you from receiving treatment. Any change to your circumstances, either: your personal details, health status, or medical history must be advised to our staff prior to any appointment with us. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all potential / medical issues / contraindications to Hamptons Body Lounge. Hamptons Body Lounge cannot be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues. If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide your full treatment. Any adjustment made to your treatment time due to late arrival will result in your being charged for the full appointment. In the event we are unable to perform your treatment due to late arrival you will be required to pay for the full treatment. Hamptons Body Lounge does not provide refunds for products or services as a result of change of mind. This does not exclude your rights for a refund under consumer law where there is a major problem with the product or service.
At the time of making your appointment through our booking platform Fresha, we require your nominated credit card to be 'swiped' to the total treatment value to be paid, to secure your booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation that is 1.5hrs or more, or 24hrs notice for any appointment that is less than 1.5hrs. In the event of a no-show, full payment will immediately be charged to the card saved in the booking platform. If such payment is unsuccessful, payment will still be sought and required from you. In the event of cancellation or postponement with less than 24hrs notice, 50-100% of payment will be charged, at the discretion of Hamptons Body Lounge. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited if we are not given 24 hours notice.
These terms and conditions will apply to all sales and promotions advertised by Hamptons Body Lounge / FionaKate / Fiona Patterson. Any additional terms and conditions relating to specific promotions will be available in clinic.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotions are not refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable between clients.
Packages are not able to be split between clients other than the Ultimate Package 32 which may be split between the 2 nominated partners / spouses.
Treatment packages are not able to be altered unless agreed upon with Hamptons Body Lounge. Certain alterations may incur additional fees which will be agreed upon with the client and Hamptons Body Lounge before being charged.
Promotional pricing will only apply to new bookings made and paid for during the promotion period. Promotional pricing will not apply to bookings already made.
Promotions are for a limited time and are subject to availability. Hamptons Body Lounge may end a promotion at any time without prior notice.
Hamptons Body Lounge has the right to refuse treatment of any client in circumstances where the therapist deems the treatment to be unsuitable or unsafe for any party, of if the therapist feels uncomfortable, or if the potential / client is requesting services not provided by Hamptons Body Lounge, including any inference to non-professional additions to massage services or other.
• Packages are valid for the nominated time frames.
Results from Fat Freezing treatments may take up to 12 weeks or longer to show results and results will vary from client to client, and no results are guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your results or experience an adverse reaction you agree to provide us with any information immediately, as requested by us so we can assess your issues, this includes the provision of and not limited to; photographs and videographic footage. If you refuse our request for information it will impact on our ability to assist you.
In undertaking any treatments by Hamptons Body Lounge, you hereby agree that Hamptons Body Lounge, its employees, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for any: loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of any treatment, including unforeseen or adverse reactions, except in cases of proven negligence. By proceeding with any treatment, clients release and indemnify Hamptons Body Lounge and Fiona Patterson from all claims or liabilities arising from their chosen procedures.
Any and all information provided by Hamptons Body Lounge or its staff, via documentation digitally or otherwise, or verbally by Hamptons Body Lounge or its employees is not advice, and should not be treated as such, but is made available in good faith being derived from sources believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of release.
The information is provided solely on the basis that all candidates will be responsible for making their own assessment of the matters read and/or discussed, and are advised to verify all relevant representations, statements and information.
